Carson City seeks public input to help establish 2021-2025 Strategic Plan

The City is administering an online survey at carson.org/survey to gauge overall community input on the proposed goals and objectives intended to steer City operations for the next five years.

'King of Carson' determined to have died from natural causes at the age of 11; will be mounted in Carson City

Pine Nuts with McAvoy Layne: Nevada icon Glen Lucky turns 68 on Sunday

He was like many other boys, cute, smart, happy to arrive, however, he was diagnosed with a birth defect, cerebral palsy, and his parents were advised he might not live to see 15. But Glen did live to see 15. He started riding a bike at 15, and 16 and 17. Glen turns 68 on Sunday.
