Girlfriends Golf Tournament at Dayton Valley raises money for area girls’ high school golf teams

Tied for second at 15-under 201 are David Bradshaw, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. and Gregory Moss, Sherman Oaks, Calif. who both carded 4-under 68.

He was joined atop the leaderboard by Gregory Moss, Sherman Oaks, Calif. with the low second round of 6-under 66 and David Bradshaw, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. who carded a 5-under 67.

He leads Noah Norton, Chico, Calif. who fired a 7-under 65 in his first ever Q-school round.

The former NBA coach and player was emotional after beating Hall of Fame pitcher John Smoltz in a one hole playoff on 18 at Edgewood Tahoe.
"I lost my father this Wednesday, and I wanted to play well for him," said Del Negro, who played for six NBA teams in 12 seasons. "I thought of him the whole time — He dad passed away while in hospice two days before the first round.

On Thursday night, Palmer and her competition partner Alison Gibson finished first in the women's synchronized 3-meter springboard at the U.S. Diving Olympic trials, securing their spots for Team USA at this year's Olympics.
